We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Padel Coach to lead the club’s padel programme. This is a pivotal role, blending hands-on coaching with strategic oversight of the sport’s growth at the club. The successful candidate will have a key role working with the Hurlands team to design and develop the Padel coaching and competitive programme prior to the opening and help recruit the Padel team.

After the launch date you will coach members of all ages and levels, manage the coaching team, coordinate events, and ensure the sport thrives both competitively and socially within our community.
