As the Impact & Evaluation Analyst at Saints Foundation, you will be a key voice in the evaluation of all charitable projects, using data to drive learning, improvement, and positive outcomes for people affected by inequality. You’ll deliver the charity’s Impact Strategy, ensuring teams and stakeholders can make evidence-based decisions. As the in-house evaluation specialist, you’ll make findings clear and actionable, empowering the team to create meaningful, lasting change.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for maintaining Saints Foundation’s needs analysis, while also evaluating the Foundation’s Theory of Change. Leading on developing logic models for each project, you will ensure that they reflect the voices and needs of our communities.

You’ll take the lead on the Foundation’s monitoring systems, including Salesforce and Upshot. This will involve ensuring all project teams are trained in how to use these tools effectively and understand what data needs to be input. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the quality of that data, ensuring it meets the needs of both the organisation and external funders.
