Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business/Sports Management or other related fields
• This is an unpaid internship, and you must receive at least one (1) credit for the onsite experience from an accredited College/University.
• Must be within good standing of your College/University

Intern Responsibilities

• Post new job ads.
• Manage applicant tracking system.
• Screen and organize applicants
• Prospect and recruit new intern applicants
• Schedule and conduct phone and Zoom interviews.
• Send and manage Credit Validation Emails.
• Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Extend job offers and manage the acceptance process.
• Prepare and send contracts to hired candidates.
• Create and manage PandaDoc templates and HR packets.
• Register for, schedule, and attend job fairs.
• Manage social media content for recruitment purposes.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with advisors and schools.
• Conduct outreach to new schools on Social Media
