The People Operations Manager will partner with the Vice President, People Operations and General Manager(s) to oversee Human Resources (People Operations) for Craft Culinary Concepts, focusing on employee lifecycle management. This position will partner with leadership to ensure the organization's talent needs are met, including recruiting, retention, and performance management. The role is essential in cultivating a positive work environment while ensuring that HR services align with broader organization and people team objectives.
