The Macon Mayhem are looking for a Merchandise Assistant for our upcoming 2024-2025 season! This is a part-time, paid position located in the city of Macon. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, detail-oriented, a natural problem solver, trustworthy and reliable.

Now – April 2025
Attendance at all Mayhem Home Games (Office Hours Available)

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing purchase orders and incoming inventory from third-party vendors
• Tag, inventory, fold, and organize new and existing retail items
• Prepare incoming merchandise orders for customers accurately and in a timely manner
• Find, address and solve merchandise related issues 
• Manage and train staff/interns assisting with merchandise on game days
• Assist our full-time staff with administrative duties
