The Director, Ticket Sales provides strategic leadership to drive all aspects of ticket revenue generation through full season, partial plan, and group ticket sales. This role is essential for maximizing team performance, optimizing sales processes, and aligning department goals with organizational priorities. By collaborating cross-functionally and leveraging data-driven strategies, the Director plays a pivotal role in growing revenue, enhancing the fan experience, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the ticket sales team.
- Lead and manage the ticket sales team to reach and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and overall ticket revenue goals through sales of full season tickets, partial season tickets, and group tickets.
- Direct, motivate, inspire, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals, providing guidance and feedback to enhance individual sales methods.
