Non-Executive Director with Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Expertise - Parkour UK
The current ED&I Independent Director board term is coming to an end, and as such we are looking to replace this role. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of requirements for the role and to apply for the position.

Responsibilities:
To attend all the Board meetings as the equality, diversity and inclusion representative and any Extraordinary General Meetings as required. Be prepared to read the Board packs in advance, forward any critical agenda items on a timely basis in advance to the Chair and CEO and be an active participant in the meetings.
Provide leadership and expertise on complex issues relating to equality, diversity and inclusion in sport and act as a strategic business partner.
