The Partnership Activation Coordinator position reports to the Director of Partnership Activation and is part of the Marketing Department. The Partnership Activation Coordinator position will be direct support to the Corporate Partnerships team, which involves building strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, provides exceptional client service, helping to create synergistic marketing programs with our partners, and implementation and fulfill corporate partners assets with USA Pickleball.
Job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for supporting activation team with accounts and processes
• Oversees partner gifting inventory management 
• Assisting partnerships team with materials (pictures, stats, videos, etc) for recap decks and partnership playbooks
• Meets with partners regularly to maintain relationships and provide partners with proactive activation ideas to help achieve objectives and goals
