The Payroll Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the payroll department with various tasks related to payroll processing, auditing, and compliance. This position collaborates closely with the Finance and Human Resources teams on key payroll initiatives while handling sensitive employment information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Location:

• This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate records of hourly and salary employee data, ensuring all hours worked, overtime, and deductions are recorded correctly. This includes entering new hires, pay changes, and terminations.
• Collaborate with people managers to provide training on Paycor and ABI systems.
• Regularly review Paycor and ABI for timesheet exceptions and ensure timely manager approvals by payroll deadlines.
