SSMG and Play Pickle operate pickleball programs across 11+ venues in Sydney, with over 4,500 players and growing. 

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and community-focused Pickleball Coordinator to help run and grow pickleball programs across Sydney.

This is a flexible, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys:

• community sport
• coaching and player engagement
• creating welcoming experiences for players
• working in active and social environments

About the Role

You’ll help deliver:

• social pickleball sessions
• beginner programs
• coaching programs
• Leagues, tournaments and events

You’ll be the welcoming on-court presence for players, helping create a fun, inclusive, and organised environment that keeps people coming back each week.

The role includes a mix of weekday, morning, evening, and occasional weekend shifts across selected venues
