The Dubuque Fighting Saints are seeking a Promotions & Ticket Sales Assistant to support game-day promotions, fan engagement, and ticket sales initiatives throughout the 2026–2027 season. This position provides hands-on experience in live event operations, sports marketing, and sales support within a professional hockey environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and execution of in-game promotions and theme nights
• Represent the organization at community and promotional events
• Support ticket sales efforts, including group, season, and promotional ticket initiatives
• Assist with lead generation, fan outreach, and ticket sales research
• Collaborate with other departments on ticketing-related initiatives and special projects.
