The Lehigh Valley Phantoms are looking for an enthusiastic, fan-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences for fans in the team store.
Schedule: This role requires availability during day shift hours (10 AM to 4 PM), including some Saturdays.

Guest Experience & Sales

• Greet every fan and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist guests with sizing, product questions, and customization requests.
• Promote special offers, upsell products, and help drive sales goals.
• Provide a fun, welcoming environment that reflects the energy of Phantoms hockey.
