A professional sports organization in Tucson, Arizona is seeking an experienced a Director of Ticket Operations & Revenue Strategy to lead ticketing operations, box office management, pricing strategy, inventory management, and the ticketing operations team.

This position combines senior-level strategy with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing pricing and revenue strategies, reviewing manifests and inventory, leading a team, and stepping into day-to-day box office and ticket fulfillment operations when needed. Approximately six ticketing department employees will report to this position.
