USL Dallas, LLC is seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Coordinator to support both Atlético Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will oversee all aspects of the employee experience and serve as the primary HR partner across business operations and soccer operations.

The Human Resources Manager will lead recruiting and onboarding efforts, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR systems administration. This individual will play a critical role in helping build a high-performance culture while supporting the continued growth of both clubs.
