We are seeking a Street Skateboarding Development Coach to lead the development and delivery of Skate Australia’s national pre-categorised pathways program for Street Skateboarding. This pivotal role ensures athletes and coaches are supported to progress within the high-performance system. Working closely with the National Technical Lead, you will contribute to the design and management of domestic and international competitions, camps, and athlete categorisation processes, while providing direct coaching support where required.

This is a part time (2.5 days per week) fixed term contract until 31 December 2028 and location of this role is flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the national pre-categorised pathways program for Street Skateboarding, ensuring effective support structures are in place.
• Collaborate with the National Technical Lead to deliver domestic competitions and camps.
• Identify, develop, and support community coaches both on the ground and remotely.
• Provide coaching services and support for pre-categorised and categorised athletes in their DTE, at camps, and/or competitions.
