The participant will work under the direction of the Syracuse Crunch front office to assist in team and community activities for the organization.

Objective/Goals:
The intern(s) will obtain various skills while working closely with all members of the Crunch front office through hands-on experience assisting with the office, gameday, sales, and community relations needs of a professional sports team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the game operations, public relations, ticket sales, and other departments during all home 2024 Calder Cup Playoff games
• Service phone calls and ticket orders
• Assist with the continual upkeep of the club's database system by entering ticket purchaser data
• Assist in the setup and execution of mascot and community appearances
• Research local businesses and groups
