We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Ticket & Guest Services Interns to join our game day operations team. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in fan engagement, customer service, and event operations within a professional sports environment. Interns will play a key role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all fans attending Titans home games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest entry, ticket scanning, and ushering fans to their seats.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service by answering fan questions and addressing concerns.
  • Support game day promotions, activations, and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and a positive fan experience.
  • Collaborate with game day staff to ensure smooth arena operations before, during, and after games.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the overall fan experience.
