The Utica Comets, Utica City FC and the Adirondack Bank Center are seeking a high energy, hardworking individual to join our staff as the Ticket Operations Manager. This position is responsible for providing leadership to facilitate and support sales and service initiatives for all events at the Adirondack Bank Center.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for managing and executing all ticketing operations for Utica Comets, Utica City FC, Utica Pioneers games and all other events at the Adirondack Bank Center, including but is not limited to: building the event in the system, maintaining the event, and managing seating manifests
• Responsible for maintaining all ticketing inventory
• Manage all aspects of Box Office Management on game days for all events at the Adirondack Bank Center
• Manage various systems to ensure the maintenance all accounts with regards to accounts’ financial details, seat relocations, seat/ticket upgrade requests, and the editing of account information based upon approved policies and procedures
