The Carolina Thunderbirds are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated interns to join our ticket sales department. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in the sports industry while working directly with our sales staff to drive season tickets, group ticket packages, and game-day ticket revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell:

Season ticket plans

Group ticket packages

Individual game-day tickets

Assist in planning and executing ticket sales promotions

Support game-day operations related to ticketing and fan experience

Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM and sales tracking tools

Engage with fans and local businesses through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings

Represent the Thunderbirds at community and promotional events

Provide exceptional customer service to all fans and clients
