The participant will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Operations to assist in activities for the Crunch organization related to ticket sales, retention and operations.

Objective/Goals:
The intern will work closely with the ticket department and gain hands-on experience assisting with the ticket operation needs of a professional sports team.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain season ticket and individual game ticket records
• Assist with the continual upkeep of the club’s database system by entering ticket purchaser data
• Learn Archtics ticketing system to assist with customer transactions and report generation
• Assist with season ticket holder events and initiatives
• Service phone calls and ticket orders
