The Pensacola Ice Flyers are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Ticketing and Operations Coordinator to support game day operations, ticket sales, corporate partnership fulfillment. This full-time position plays a key role in providing an outstanding fan experience, both during games and throughout the season, and reports to the Director of Marketing and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive group ticket sales through outreach to schools, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations.
• Assist in managing all aspects of game day operations, including fan engagement activities, promotions and event logistics.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of theme nights, revenue-generating initiatives, in-game entertainment, and community outreach programs.
• Support corporate sales efforts by helping secure and fulfill corporate ticket packages and hospitality offerings.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all corporate sponsorship deliverables related to in-game experiences and ticketing.
