The Wichita Thunder have an IMMEDIATE need for a dynamic, well-qualified, high energy, highly motivated individual to lead our team as the Vice President of Ticket Sales.  Must have at least three (3) years of direct sales experience in season tickets, groups and B2B sales.  Also must have at least one (1) year of proven sales in a leadership role.  Looking for a personable individual with an outgoing personality to be respected by both our staff and our fans and to take ownership of our Ticket Sales Department to achieve maximum success.
 
Job Summary:
Build a staff of 4-6 full-time and 2-3 part-time team members.  Push staff to reach daily call numbers so as to attain weekly and monthly team goals, coach members to reach individual quotas and guide the Thunder to become one of the top ticket sales staffs in the ECHL.
