We have a vision of empowering people who put service at the heart of everything we do, both on and off the ice, and our Human Resource Analyst plays a key role in bringing that vision to life. By supporting our employees who manage events, this visible role will be on-site in our Saint Paul office. 

As our HR Analyst YOU: 

• Are a subject matter expert in HRIS. We are a data-led team, and at the heart of that is our HRIS, UKG (Formerly known as UltiPro), and YOU. You help us access our information, draw insights from it, and move to decisions that balance qualitative and quantitative information. You need to be able to ask the right questions, pull accurate data, and articulate your results by creating a visual story of data and graphics for the People Team and executive-level leaders.
