The Lead Steward is responsible for overseeing stewarding operations across assigned kitchens, premium areas, and concessions spaces during events. This role ensures sanitation, organization, and stewarding labor are properly managed to support culinary, concessions, and premium service teams in a large-venue arena environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate stewarding staff during events and prep days
• Assign stewarding duties and ensure coverage across dish rooms, kitchens, and service areas
• Ensure all stewarding areas meet sanitation, safety, and health department standards
• Serve as the primary stewarding point of contact for culinary and operations leadership
• Train and coach Stewards staff on procedures and expectations
• Monitor dish room flow, equipment usage, and labor efficiency
