The Recruiter will support the recruitment process for all full-time and part-time positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.  The Recruiter will collaborate with department managers and the human resources team to post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews and support the onboarding process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment process for all positions. Coordinates with hiring manager to understand and meet each departments’ needs. 
• Updates and maintains the UKG Recruiting Platform. Post jobs in relevant areas to drive large, diverse candidate pools.
• Conducts phone screens for a variety of full-time and part-time positions.
• Schedules interviews for hiring managers, ensuring meeting space and/or Teams link is set up and details are shared with each candidate.
